Church Loan Program
As a part of the Foundation's services, it also extends first and second mortgage loans to United Methodist churches and institutions in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Montana, for new construction or renovation projects. Loans may be amortized for a period of up to 15 years. Interest rates are renegotiated every three years. Click below to obtain loan guidelines and requirements and a loan application.
